Refund policy

While we endeavor to pack accurately, mistakes can happen, we kindly request that order errors or shortages are reported in a timely manner, within 14 days of receipt. Claims are unable to be made for any order shortage after 14 days.

 

We are happy to process returns on any items that have not been used and that are in the original unopened and unused product packaging

 

- Please contact us on hello@loveboo.com with a short description on why you would like to return the items, and we will send you over the returns form. 

 

Faulty / Damaged Returns 

 

Before our items leave our care, they undergo quality control checks so that when they arrive to you, they are ready to use. However, if by an unfortunate mistake, the items arrive faulty or damaged we are happy to return or exchange them for you within 30 days of the items being shipped. 

 

- Please contact us at hello@loveboo.com with detailed images and description of the faulty items and we will send you the return form.

 

- All items must be returned new, unused and in original Love Boo packaging -

 

Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

 

Exchange

 

If you wish to exchange an item to another product, size or color, please place a new order and contact us to return the items you wish to exchange.

 

Refund

 

When we have received your return parcel, we will send you a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel.
