Our normal delivery rates are as follows:
We aim to process orders on the day of receipt provided we receive it before 12pm weekdays. Your order should be with you in 1-4 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around Christmas. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party, or for addresses entered incorrectly at the time of ordering. We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. Risk of damage or loss of the Goods passes to you on delivery.
If you are not at home when UPS call by you can arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time. Simply call the phone number on the 'Failed Delivery Card' to arrange a time of delivery that suits you.
Our courier will attempt to deliver three times, leaving a card after each attempt. Please note that after this period, the order will be returned to our warehouse and in order to have your order redelivered, postage will need to be paid again by calling +44 (0)1924 370240
*Next day delivery (UK Only)
For next day delivery service within the UK, orders need to be placed by 12-Midday Monday-Thursday. Orders will be sent using one of our designated couriers and costs £7.95. For next day (UK mainland only) Saturday delivery, please contact us on 01924 370240 for a quote.
We deliver to most European countries and several other international destinations, usually by Royal Mail or by courier if previously arranged.

You are responsible for paying any import or customs charges.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing you let us know by email within 14 days of receiving the goods, the goods are returned to us, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. In the first instance please email us at email@example.com or call on +44 (0)1924 370 240.
You will then need to post the goods back to us. Please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: Boo Boo Products Ltd, 5 Richmond Road, Wakefield WF1 3LA.
Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot be held liable for un-returned packages. We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs, otherwise you will be liable for any postage costs.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
